Welcome to Z Booking LLC — a family-run bookkeeping business led by Karine Zepeda and supported by her husband, who brings additional financial insight through his background as a licensed life insurance agent (and is also a master mechanic by trade) . Originally from Canada, Karine moved to the U.S. in 2016 and brings over a decade of accounting knowledge, formal training, and hands-on experience. She studied bookkeeping and financial accounting in Toronto and has since built a loyal client base of individuals and small business owners across the U.S.
Karine is not only a financial professional but also a proud mom of three (Julius, Selena, and Arlo).She is an avid fitness enthusiast, and someone who finds balance in the outdoors. She grew up skiing and swimming competitively and continues to find joy and energy in movement, fresh air, and an active lifestyle.

Additional Information
Package A: Essential Bookkeeping
Ideal for: Sole proprietors or small businesses with limited transactions.
Rate: $300/month
Includes:
- Categorization of monthly transactions
- Monthly P&L and balance sheet reports
- Quarterly financial check-ins (email or 30-min Zoom)
- 1099 preparation (up to 5 vendors)
- Communication with CPA during tax season
Estimated time: 4–6 hours/month
Package B: Operational Support
Ideal for: Growing businesses with more financial complexity.
Rate: $600/month
Includes everything in Package A, plus:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable management
- Monthly bank & credit card reconciliations
- Payroll for up to 10 employees (W-2 and/or 1099)
- Cash flow monitoring and alerts
- Budget planning support
Estimated time: 8–12 hours/month
Package C: Full Financial Management
Ideal for: Businesses needing CFO-style involvement without full-time overhead.
Rate: $1,000/month
Includes everything in Package B, plus:
- Complete financial operations oversight
- HR & employee benefits support (401k, HSA, onboarding/offboarding)
- Weekly or biweekly meetings
- 401(k)/pension plan administration
- Forecasting & tax planning analysis
- Personal + business bookkeeping oversight if needed
Estimated time: 12–16 hours/month
Hourly Option
Ideal for: One-off projects or extra tasks outside of retainer packages.
Rate: $60/hour (minimum 1 hour)
Can include:
- Personal finance tracking (household income/expenses)
- Budget planning for individuals or families
- Clarifying personal vs. business spending
- Organizing personal records or overdue cleanup tasks
